Shipping fee is based on item weight. It is fixed, non-negotiable, and subject to change without notice.
Our domestic handling time is between 1 - 3 business days with average of 2 business days. Our international shipment handling time is between 1 - 5 business days with average of 3 business days. For international order paid by paypal, we may put a holding period for security purposes. Based on our experience, most fraudulent activities (unauthorized payments) are reported to paypal within a week or two after payment was sent.
We offer a variety of shipping methods as listed below to make your shopping experience better. The estimated delivery time provided by USPS and UPS varies depending on your location. It is appropriate to add our handling time when estimating arrival date of an order. Please note that it is common for an order to arrive outside estimated delivery date, especially for international order. We do not and never guarantee delivery date as it is outside our control. We ask you to wait at least 30 days from shipped date before filing lost mail claim. Based on our experience shipping to Brazil and other South America countries, please allow up to 2 months for delivery. Furthermore, during our busiest quarter (Nov, Dec, and Jan), we ask you to be more patience as packages are often time get delayed.

- We do not recommend sending money order, cashier check, or western union money transfer, but if you prefer to do that, you must contact us first.
- We do not accept personal check or bank transfer.
