first time customer..to be honest was a little nervous ..not sure if i can trust this company or not. i took leap of faith once i read the review from people and hear a lot of good things about this company. then one of the review said the customer service not that great..took few days to respond..so. i sent an email and to my suprise they respond really fast..and she really nice and very knowledgable to answer my questions...then finally i decide to buy it.
got the item today..and was reallllyy happy with the box condition and the item brand new..my son r3ally picky with little detail..thank God..eknight media pass the test 1000 pct.
item arrived faster then the due date..the only thing is i had to keep checking the website about my order..they didnt sent an update to my email.
